Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 7 business days.

Shipping destinations:

• We ship both domestically (US) and worldwide.

Shipping times:

• US orders take 2-14 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-2 weeks.
• International orders take 2-3 months  to be delivered via USPS and we ship within same X business days.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

• US: $4.99 +
• International: $14.99+

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Damages and Issues

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• Please email foreverseesaw@gmail.com with the subject 'Order Issues ####' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the issue. In addition, please include photos if the item was damaged. 

Exchanges

• Exchanges for apparel items are allowed. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of exchanged  items.

Refunds

• All sales are final. Please review our terms of service.

Missing Packages and Returned Packages

• Missing Packages: If your package does not arrive, please let us know and we will do our best to send you a replacement. 
• Returned Packages: If your package is returned, you must send an additional shipping fee as we are not responsible for address issues. All communication with delivery services must be through the buyer unless the delivery service states that the sender must be involved.

Since enamel pins are made by hand, they will not be 100% perfect. To accommodate your shopping experience, below is a guide on how our pins are graded, or categorized to assure you're paying for the quality of your pin. 

Our pins are graded into four categories:  A-Grades, B-Grades, C-Grades, and Seconds. However, this is open to changing as we get more experience grading pins. 

• A-Grades: Little to no imperfections. These pins truly encompass the original design and show almost no defects. Great for collectors. 

• B-Grades: Minor imperfections that are only visible upon close inspection. These may include scratches, under filled or overfilled enamel, and other very minor defects. Also great for collectors if standards are not available. 

• C-Grades: More noticeable imperfections that are visible upon close inspection. These may include overfilled or underfilled enamel, scratches, black streaks, etc. Great for budgeted buyers.

• Seconds: Multiple visible imperfections upon close inspection. May include miscolored enamel, under filled or overfilled enamel, missing enamel, etc. Usually the worst of the batch and the sold for the cheapest price.
