TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read the terms of service below before purchasing. By purchasing from Forever Seesaw, you agree to the following:

Preorders:

• By preordering, you understand that items can take 2-3 months before reaching to me and will contact the seller if any questions or concerns arise. 

Refunds:

• After an item has been shipped, a refund will not be distributed. 
• Any refunds or cases opened without request will result in a ban from shopping on my site 
• If you preordered an item and need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please email foreverseesaw@gmail.com ASAP

Shipping

• All errors, such as wrong addresses, will be the fault of the buyer. I will not be responsible if an address was inputted incorrectly and shipped to the wrong address. If your package is returned, you will be contacted and asked to either pay again for the shipping fee or have a refund given. 
• When an order has been shipped, I will not be responsible for it anymore. I am not responsible for lost/damaged mail or long shipping times. Please contact USPS about the status of your package, as it is out of my control.
